Attitude of Gratitude

Well, here I am. I finally decided to do this with the encouragement of  a friend: cultivatingvitalism.blogspot.com. To sum up my life right now in one word it would have to be: AMAZING!! I am extremely grateful at this point to be living the life I only used to dream about for myself. After three and a quarter years studying (after achieving a bachelors degree), I will finally be graduating with my Doctor of Chiropractic degree in November of this year! Chiropractic school has changed my life: I have become healthier, wiser, stronger, and a more informed consumer! Besides all these things, it has allowed me to start fulfilling my dream of traveling. Other than living in Japan as a child, I had not been any places outside of the US and Canada. That began to change in April of 2011 with a trip to Rio De Janeiro, Brazil, for the World Congress of Chiropractic Students meeting, following with a chiropractic mission trip to Honduras in June 2012. Next up is a trip to Europe in October, with the possibility of fulfilling another dream of working abroad!! On top of all that, I am grateful for my health, I am grateful for an awesome family that continues to support me throughout all of this, I am grateful for the incredible friends I have that allow me to completely be myself and always accept me as I am, I am grateful for the most amazing boyfriend a girl could ask for, basically I am just grateful for life everyday! So look for updates on this fabulous journey that is my life.
