Christmas in Ireland

This year will be my first Christmas away from my family. I am sad about being away from loved ones, but thankful to be experiencing the holiday season here. All the towns are lit up with lights on the street,  people wearing Christmas jumpers, and Christmas markets with hot mulled wine and mince pies.

The weather here has been predictable: its unpredictable! Today was cloudy in the morning, started to rain, then snow, then the sun came out, then it started to hail, and then it was just cloudy again! Anyways, enjoying all the new experiences, food, weather, and finally starting to understand the Irish accent…somewhat! Until next time….
