Rainbow spout

Here is something interesting I saw the other day. A rainbow bursting with color, flooding out of a spout from the apartment building. Could it be a small note from the universe, reflecting on man and how we can live in harmony with nature? Or maybe I was just in the right place at the right time. Either way, it was beautiful.
